Clean
1x20 @ empty bar
5 x 6 @ 95lbs (concentrating on form and proper technique)

Cross Fit Superset

(Three Exercises done in succession before a break-5 sets)

Renegade Rows@35lb dumbells X 10
Hamstring/Glute Machine Sit Ups w/ 10lb med ball against wall X 10
Wall Ball w/14lb med ball X 10

45min cardio on treadmill (walking at brisk pace)
