7/30/13-CHEST AND ARMS


CHEST AND ARM DAY

  • Bench Press Warm Up-1 x10 @ 135#
  • Bench Press 5 x 4 @ 195#
  • Wide Grip Bench Press-5 x 6 @ 135
  • DB Flies- 4 x 8 @ 45# per
  • DB Pullover - 4 x 10 @ 50#
  • Barbell Preacher Curls- 4 x 10 @ 30#+bar
  • DB Triceps Kickbacks-4 x 10 @ 40#
  • Close Grip Pulldowns - 4 x 10 @ 100#
Cardio-Turned into a cardio bunny today.  I did a light to moderate work on the treadmill, but ended up watching a 99 min movie while doing it.  If you haven't seen it, I recommend the movie Basic....older, but good.
